“Highly recommend giving these guys a call. I was looking to sell my house as quickly as possible and they worked fast to get me info and present me with options. My daughter had lived in the house but was moving on and I knew the house needed some work but I just wanted to sell it as-is and knew it would be a hard sell if listed. They looked it over and made a quick decision and I got the price I wanted without haggling and having to deal with showings, inspections, etc. Everything was transparent and no hidden agenda or surprises and they paid all the closing costs and even some of the final utility bills.”
