Founder of 304 House Buyers, Jeff Merrifield, was born and raised in WV, is a WVU graduate (and parent), served in the WV National Guard, and lives and works in North Central WV. After living out of state for several years he moved back knowing it was a great place to raise a family. He volunteers in local civic organizations and the church in his native Fairmont along with his wife and two adult sons, who also participate in the business.
